  • Delivery time
    In-stock items We will ship within 1-3 business days. Order Items We plan to ship your order approximately 3 weeks after payment is confirmed. The schedule may change depending on the volume of orders.
  • About gift wrapping
    We have RAOING SHOP BAG available. If you would like gift wrapping, please add it to your cart along with the item and then complete the payment.
  • About size exchange
    We offer free size changes and exchanges within one week of receiving the product. *Additional charges may apply depending on the size of the bracelet. You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs only. If we have stock in store we will exchange it for you. If we do not have the item in stock, we will produce it from scratch, so please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery.

  • Returns and exchanges/initial defects
    As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the product being different from what you expected, due to the nature of the product, hygiene, etc. We do not accept changes, cancellations, or returns after an order has been placed. Please check the product carefully before placing your order. We take every precaution to ensure the quality and delivery of our products, but in the unlikely event that a product has an initial defect or is different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it for a good product. In the above cases, please contact us via CONTACT within one week of receiving the product. If we determine that a return or exchange is necessary, we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the item. Please follow the instructions to arrange for the return of the item to us within one week. *Please be sure to check the contents when you receive the product. *Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if you return the item without contacting us in advance. *If we are unable to provide an exchange item, we will cancel the order and refund your money. ●We may also refuse returns if any of the following conditions are met. - If the product is deemed to have already been used. - If there is any smell of perfume or tobacco. If scratches or other damage are found. If more than one week has passed since the product arrived and you contacted us, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges in this case.

  • What to do if you enter the wrong shipping address

  • About international shipping
    We will ship your order via Yamato Transport. Delivery times vary depending on your country or region.
