As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as the product being different from what you expected, due to the nature of the product, hygiene, etc.
We do not accept changes, cancellations, or returns after an order has been placed.

We take every precaution to ensure the quality and delivery of our products, but in the unlikely event that a product has an initial defect or is different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange it for a good product.

If we determine that a return or exchange is necessary, we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the item. Please follow the instructions to arrange for the return of the item to us within one week.
